UPS! De kiksede teenagere, Jens og Lisa, havner i en knapt så heldig situation, efter de har haft sex for første gang.
De to sædceller Simen og Cumilla kæmper sig nemlig vej gennem både et kondom OG sæddræbende creme for at nå frem til deres destination… Intet skal stoppe deres hellige rejse mod ægget!
Filmen 'Spermageddon' kommer fra den norske instruktør-duo, Tommy Wirkola (Død sne, Violent Night) og Rasmus A. Sivertsen (Kaptajn Sabeltand og Dyrene i Hakkebakkeskoven).
